Kristen: Because I have lots of time on my hands... (just finished grad school and in the beginning, and frightening, stages of possible unemployment and doomed days of living forever in student loan debt while curled in my old room of my parent's house...), I've decided to record my goal of doing 365 days of yoga. A promise I've been telling myself for over four years, yet never followed through. This way, I'll have a way to record my progress and an obligation to remain on task.
